School Improvement Priorities
School Improvement Priorities are set annually to address both school needs and national priorities. They are agreed and quality assured in partnership with the Local Authority, regional consortia (Central South Consortium) and Governing Body.
School Improvement Priorities are informed by our on-going self evaluation cycles. These consists of:
- academic outcomes achieved externally
- internal tracking and assessment
- lesson observations
- learning walks
- performance management
- samples of learners work
- pupil voice
- parental voice
- governing body input
- national priorities
